This digital puppy sales contract legally binds the Breeder and the Purchaser on the following conditions:
Deposits and Payments:
Deposits and Payments are non-refundable. (Non-refundable by cashback. Breeder reserves first pick male/female over all litters. Then public picks are opened. Public picks are in the following order 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on, per order of the deposit, per what is available for sale to the general public. This does not include the breeder’s picks.
Please note: we cannot guarantee a color/sex/size combination. We can only give you a probability and estimate that the following color patterns will arrive due to the genetic profile of the parents and ancestors.
If a sudden life experience occurs that makes it difficult to complete your purchase: loss of job, death, active military duty, etc., you will have 12 months from the original date to complete your purchase on another breeding or your deposits are then forfeited.
Please read: During and after the time of the transaction, we believe in a healthy, working relationship. If you should have any questions or concerns relative to our Kennel or breeding program, please feel free to discuss them with us and we will do our best to help.
Do not use our name or our kennel in a negative light publicly in any form, including, but not limited to, social media. If it is found that you are breaching this or any other portion of this contract, you are forfeiting your deposits/payments. No exceptions. We take this process very seriously and want it to be a positive experience for both parties, and a long-lasting relationship for years to come! The deposit can be carried over to the next available litter.
Health Warranty:
To validate this portion of the agreement, Buyer must take this puppy to a Veterinarian of choice within the next 3 business days for examination. If deemed unhealthy due to genetic default caused by the breeding, the puppy may be returned to the breeder for a trade of another available puppy of equal quality within 3 days of the sale.
Breeder will replace a puppy up to 14 days (2 weeks) from leaving the breeder, against the Parvovirus, (two weeks is the typical incubation period of the parvovirus) A puppy's immune system is not fully competent until around 6 months of age following a normal vaccination program.
Your puppy is susceptible to coccidia, corona, distemper, giardia, hepatitis, parvo, and leptospirosis during the first year. If the puppy is taken out in public areas and has contact with other animals, this health warranty is then void.
These health issues are easily treatable. They are often brought on by the stress of shipping, a new home, new food/diet, new people, change of climate or surroundings, new dogs/playmates, etc. Shipped puppies seem more prone to showing symptoms (runny stool, blood in the stool, lack of appetite, not drinking, sleeping too much, weak/lethargic) of Coccidia or Giardia. All puppies are treated with an Albon/Corid Solution (five-ten days before their 8-week mark) to help prevent these common health issues before they leave. Treatment however is not a guarantee. Please watch for any signs, and if they do arise, contact your vet, as these issues are easily treatable, if caught early! The breeder is not responsible for any treatment or expenses and is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty does not include: Final adult weight, size, color, disposition, breeding ability, show potential or against overbites, underbites, base narrow, wry bite, patella issues, hernias, trachea, hip dysplasia, or for undescended testicles. We cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop any health problems. Some things are just not able to be predicted. Our breeding stock is believed to be free of diseases, disorders, and health problems that would prevent healthy breeding of puppies.
• Should any health issues arise that are not listed above, you are required to inform us within 6 months of your purchase and 7 days of the health issue arising. Written documentation from your vet is required. All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If a dog dies as a result of a health issue not listed above, written documentation from an agreed-upon veterinarian autopsy. Including a diagnosis of genetically caused death due to the breeding must be provided for this warranty to be validated. All veterinarian/autopsy expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
All registration documentation must be returned for the affected dog before a replacement will be given. If another puppy from a current litter isn’t available, an equal quality puppy from the next available litter will be provided. No cash refunds will be given, no exceptions.
Health Record:
Puppy is health checked by our veterinarian at or around 8 weeks. Buyer agrees to have additional vaccinations given to the puppy on the schedule advised by your Vet. An individual health record is being provided with your puppy at the time of pickup: General Policy Health Care: We begin “deworming” at 2 weeks and continue 4,6, and 8 weeks. We recommend you follow up with your vet, deworming every 4 weeks. 5 in 1 Shot administered by 5wks, then again by 7wks. Heartworm prevention and proper worming of your dog is highly important. Deworming should continue bi-weekly for at least the first six (6) months of the puppy’s life.
The breeder guarantees lineage as stated on the registration papers. It is understood that this dog is not sold for any illegal purpose.
Home Continued Care and Follow Up:
The Third puppy shot is very important. Do not skip this third shot, please administer after being home for 4-6 weeks (putting your puppy age approximately 12-16 weeks) combined with a rabies shot. Please consult your vet, as some vet’s administer two shots given 4 weeks apart.
We provide Lifetime Breeder Support. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. When in doubt, always consult with your veterinarian.
Extra Services:
Shipping: Costs to ship are a separate fee (unless stated to be included in the total cost of the puppy.) Air flight and Ground Shipping options are available. Please note: Big Mack Bully Ranch LLC is not responsible for any issues that may arise during shipping. We are guaranteeing the puppy to be in perfect health at the time of pick up for shipping. Veterinary USDA Certification Health Certificate Bill of Health is provided at the time of shipping. Buyer assumes all shipping costs and risks.
Ear Cropping:
If you would like your puppy to have cropped ears, we strongly recommend you take your new puppy to a vet of your choice. However, if you would like our vet to crop your pup's ears prior to them leaving us, we charge a non-refundable fee of $500 and you will then be forfeiting our healthy warranty as all ear crops are a serious medical procedure. Big Mack Bully Ranch LLC is not responsible for any issues that may arise during or after an ear crop up to and including death. You may request any style of crop except "battle" style crop. Please do your research on cropping styles and procedures. If you have any questions about this process, please let us know.
